Addition and Subtraction with Regrouping
This class is for students who are ready to learn or need help with adding and subtracting with regrouping.
In this course, we’ll start out with a review of foundational skills to build flexible thinking on breaking numbers down to add and subtract. Regrouping with addition and then subtraction will be added into the curriculum. Students will receive regular feedback using learning outcomes, success criteria and a standards based rubric. Throughout the course, we’ll work on building confidence and accuracy through critical thinking, problem solving, practice and games.
